Wondora is just the best!!! I never leave disappointed.
I was advised my therapist would be a more deep tissue and I spent an hour with her holding my leg and her doing deep breathing . She asked what we needed to focus on and I told her. I also stopped her during the massage and told her what I needed and nothing changed. Like an idiot I paid $120 to have someone hold my foot instead of the deep tissue massage I was advised therapist could provide.
Hi Alma. Thank you for reaching out. I'm very sorry to hear that you didn't feel like you got what you needed out of your appt the other day. I spoke to your therapist after your visit and she let me know that the ankle you wanted work on was already very swollen. She used as much pressure as she was comfortable using in that area and didn't want to do anything too deep as that could have aggravated the area even more. Massage has a plethora of benefits, but it can also worsen a preexisting injury or sore area if too much pressure or the incorrect technique is used. I'm not disappointed if the question is how likely an I to recommend LA Vida it's a 5. You can get a massage, but the turnover is so high if you like your therapist you probably won't see them again. The membership has increased again and I just don't think it's worth it anymore.
