I'm not disappointed if the question is how likely an I to recommend LA Vida it's a 5. You can get a massage, but the turnover is so high if you like your therapist you probably won't see them again. The membership has increased again and I just don't think it's worth it anymore.

Chase is a nice young man. He’s good at his career but it bothered me when I got up from the table that he had things strewn about in the floor.
I’ve had many massages and I used to a very neat environment. As a professional he needs to learn that.
He focused on my upper arm and next soreness and for that I was grateful and left him a bigger tip than usual. He gave me a little extra time. Much appreciated! He has a big heart.

Hello, first I am sorry that I have wrote a poor review. I recently had a baby 6 weeks ago and received multiple gift cards from friends as a massage and facial is what I was looking forward to most postpartum. I booked a 60 min massage and a hydra facial. I arranged for a sister and booked back to back service to finally enjoy a day to myself. I confirmed my appointment the day prior, only to receive an upsetting text message after 5 PM the day prior to my appointment. The facial aesthetician was unable to perform my service due to a family emergency and had to go out of town. I was able to call the front desk and explain my frustration about my service being canceled last minute. The service tech said a manager was not available, but then offered an additional 30 minutes to my 60 minute massage. I was very happy for the additional compensation to my service, due to the last minute cancellation. I arrived the next day for my 90 minute massage with Sophie. I had explained since having my baby I was experiencing upper and lower back pain and I was looking forward to finally getting some relief. Sophie started the service and asked how the pressure was. I asked if she could apply some additional pressure and she accommodated. However, after about 30 minutes of the massage, she had worked a little on my upper back and but there was little to no lower back attention. She continued with the service, but the best way I can explain it is that she basically just rub oil into my skin like I was living myself up with lotion at the end of a shower. Probably 40 minutes into my massage. I was very disappointed with the service that I was receiving. She continued to do a head massage where she basically just rub small circles in my scalp for about 15 to 20 minutes and the same thing with my arms, and legs. 60 minutes into the massage. I was pretty much over the service and I’m very disappointed and did not want to continue. However, I did not want to be rude to the masseuse so I allowed her to finish the service when I asked how the service was I just said it was OK because I didn’t want to disappoint her with the quality of service I received.

I am not looking for additional compensation, I am just very disappointed in my first experience with a LaVida Massage and especially being postpartum and this was what I was looking forward to the most. I still have $200 in gift cards for services but I’m hesitant to spend them due to the lack of quality I have received. I just wanted to voice my experience, so you may potentially be able to speak with the masseuse and help her understand and improve her performance, so additional clients do not have to have the same experience that I received.

Nicole is nice, and friendly. I’m a believer in the therapeutic benefits of massage.

I was a little disappointed with my last visit as I was schedule for a full body massage however when I arrived in the room I was told I would only be able to receive a scalp, neck, hand and foot massage then a back facial. While the experience was still enjoyable it was not was a signed up for. When I went to checkout they attempted to charge me for a full body massage.. however that’s not what I received so I did receive a discount however I’m still disappointed in the experience overall and frustrated that you all even attempted to charge me for an experience I didn’t receive. Again the therapist was very nice and good so this is not her fault- more so an issue with the scheduler who booked me and not being transparent with the service I would receive. Seems rather misleading.

Everyone there does a good job.

We certainly didn’t feel welcome when we arrived. The massage was for my 14 year old daughter and that seemed to be a problem. We were made to feel very uncomfortable & we will never go back or recommend anyone else.

Welcomed warmly by reception upon arrival. Massage rooms are immaculate, comfortable immerse you in relaxation before your massage begins. Massage therapists are excellent, listening to your individual needs. Highly recommend.
