We are sorry to read that scheduling has been hard for you and you have had difficulty booking on our website. Our goal is to ensure you are maximizing your membership and are able to schedule the massages you want. When booking online, it shows the bookable space, but does not show the session lengths that work to maximize the therapist's schedule for that specific day. To avoid this issue, we recommend clients either direct email, text or call us so we are able to give you the exact availability we have. My massage was with Mac. He was very professional, and gave a very good Swedish,
massage along with reflexology.

I enjoy coming to La Vida--it is always very clean & comforting place. Kody is an amazing massage therapist--very kind and professional.
I've discontinued by membership for two reasons. 1. Therapist turnover. Each time I've found a therapist I like, they leave the shortly thereafter. 2. Limited day availability.

Restarting the yearly subscription was a very poor idea especially since it had been inactivated since 2017! Don’t do that to anyone else!!!!!!!!
$99.95 was way too costly for a 1 hour message. I had a regular monthly massage with Mamie for over 10 years. I stopped going when prices jumped to $69.99 monthly. I went back from a Christmas gift certificate, and could not believe the current price. $20.00 tip for Mamie, and turned into a $120.00 morning. Love Mamie, but not again at that price.

This was my first massage. Dorothy made me feel so comfortable even though I was a little late. She was very genuine. Honestly, I left with more than just a massage. I left with true wisdom. Breathing is so important & I am extremely grateful my first massage experience was a success. I highly recommend Dorothy. Thank you!
I love the atmosphere, and the employees seem to really enjoy being there. They've got a great team and excellent massage therapists. I have tried many of them, and I have not had a bad season. I appreciate the customized massage sessions!

She asks what I want/need and happily delivers.
You are too difficult to book with. Example - Half the time I try to book a 60 massage on your site, you say text me the next day saying you can only do a 90 min session at the requested time slot. Even though I select the 60 minute option when trying to book.
When you are booked over a month out at pretty much all times, this means it is very difficult to use pre-paid sessions.

I really love Hannah, and am overjoyed she is back. She provides a massage method and customer service style that is a cut above many of your other therapists that I tried while she was out. You should consider giving her a role in training other therapists and replicate on her service style and therepeutic approach. She sets a very high standard.
Easy online scheduling with good appointment availability. Massage therapists - some better than others. Didn't really focus at all and barely massaged the specific area I mentioned had been hurting and the reason I scheduled.

The services are always great. I just wish there was a changing/locker room like you would typically find in spas (with a sauna, steam room, etc.). I don't love having to just change in the room.

Hi Caleb! YES! Deep tissue that is therapeutic and not painful is sometimes hard to come by with other centers. Being very focused on therapeutic massage and being well-versed myself in massage, we do a great job "melting ice" rather than "crushing ice". I'm glad you got to appreciate the skillful and customized deep tissue work of our deep tissue therapists :).
I feel like my masseuse didn’t focus on the areas I asked for. I also felt very oily after the massage and wish I could have been offered a towel to clean off with as I’ve been offered at other massage studios.
My experience at lavida was great. Dean asked me what my issues were and he worked on them the entire time. I left feeling relaxed and less tense. In the days to follow, I am feeling great.
I will be calling to take advantage of their monthly package deal.
Scheduling is really hard. When I schedule online, I'm told that appointment is not available.
