The carpet cleaner was careful with my house (placed bumpers on the corners, wore shoe covers, carefully dragged the hose across the floors). And I like that there are no chemicals -- just hot water -- in the cleansing process.

I was happy that the manager was sent out to re-clean a high traffic area that wasn't initially done very well. He was very nice, friendly, and informative. He took his time to make sure it was more clean than before. It looks great!
The service was excellent. He was prompt. He let us know that he was coming and arrived on time. He was friendly, and efficient. He explained what he was doing as he went on to each step. He got right in and went to work and asked permission for access to bring the equipment in and put the shield up on our door to keep the cold and insects out. He put footlets on after he had everything finished and walked across the room to turn the lights out for us so we wouldn't be on the carpet, gave us instructions on how long it would take to dry ext. I have a concern which is that there are spots on the rug that are still there. He explained that our rug is nylon and holds dyes from food ext. It is just hard to look at the carpet and still see spots after paying $166. I am not completely convinced that they cannot be removed. I admit that our carpet is very old and has had a great deal of use. I still have that little bit of reservation. I am not blaming him I just had high expectations. I know there is a limit to what can be done to restore old things.
