My carpet is very clean and a stain that kept resurfacing with other carpet cleaning businesses is completely gone after having Zerorez clean it. I like the fact that there's no residue and my carpet dries quickly.
Zerorez did a great job cleaning my carpets. They really cared about getting out all the dirt spots. The owner even followed up to ensure that I was satisfied and returned when I mentioned that a few of the spots were still there. We are now spot free! Thank you!
I loved that fact that our service man put slippers over his shoes and was careful not to get any dirt on our new carpet. We had recently completed a big remodel and our ducts were full of sheet rock, insulation and sawdust. It is nice to have the vents and return cleaned out....our house just seems to feel cleaner! We didn't need any carpets cleaned, so we didn't take advantage of the special. It was just a good experience. This is the second time we have used zerorez.

Communication is great, at every step. The gentleman that came to our home, went over everything before he started. We talked about problem areas and what he could do and not do. My couches are bright again. Our carpets had never been cleaned in our 8 year old home. It is nice to know they are now. Thank you.
WE LIKE THAT YOU DONT USE HARSH SOAPS AND CHEMICALS WE HAVE ALOT OF ALERGIES AND SO DOES OUR DOG. THE YOUNG MAN THAT CAME DOWN WAS REALLY GREAT HE WAS SO CONCIRNED ABOUT EVERY LITTLE THING HE TOOK THE TIME TO GET INTO EVERY LITTLE PIECE OF THE CARPET, WHICH WAS GOOD, BECAUSE THIS CARPET IS VERY VERY OLD, AND IM SURE ALOT OF IT HASNT BEEN,CLEANED IT LOOKS GREAT AND HE DID A WONDERFUL JOB, HE MADE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED BEFORE HE LEFT, YOU ARE LUCKY TO HAVE HIM WORK FOR YOU.
