The technicians are friendly but professional. I get given a window of time that they will be coming, then I get a call when the technician is about 20 minutes away. I was somewhat disappointed in the air duct cleaning. I was expecting that there would be a camera system that would look deep into the air ducts so we could see their condition. I have no way of knowing how clean the air ducts are after the work was completed. How much dirt and dust were loosened and then fell down to the bottom of the ducting and wasn't sucked up into the vacuum?
After having renters that smoked and had pets your cleaning got rid of the odors and allergy's.
