They are very honest - the tech measured the rooms and determined that I had overstated the square footage, so he adjusted the price down. We were not home when the tech came. He called to get the garage door code as instructed. He was very efficient and gave us a video call immediately after he finished the work. we were able to walk-through with him on the video call and review all of his work. The carpets were clean and fresh when we got home.

We had our 30-year-old carpet cleaned and treated, our ceramic kitchen tile cleaned, the grout sealed, and four area rugs cleaned, all in the same visit. Matt did a great job and took great care to understand the specific material of each rug to ensure they wouldn't be damaged. It was a big job and took a long time, but Matt worked hard and communicated with us when he had questions or recommendations about the work we requested. We are pleased with the results and will definitely use Zerorez next time.

We used Zerorez this last time and the tech, Dixon inspected everything before starting and gave us a price but was concerned about our very light colored carpet with heavy traffic stains.
