Very impressed with the service I received from Zerorez! Not only did my carpets look great, but they smelled amazing! The technician was very friendly and informative. He explained the process to me, asked if I had questions or if there were any specific areas I was concerned about. He also asked me to take a look once he was finished to make sure I was happy with the service. Zerorez is great! Our chairs were originally cleaned and looked great. After drying, more stains appeared on the fabric and Zerorez came out the next day and cleaned them again. No extra charge!

My carpet is a was a good beige quality when we built our home 40 years ago, Having had 6 dogs from puppies you can only imagine, but Zerorez can do such a great job of getting those spots you can never scrub away to at least fade and look great is awesome, Love Zerorez, Staff is friendly .
