I was very upset when I first saw my carpet, however, John immediately came out and fixed it.I am very pleased with their timely response and found out the problem was in my carpet - not the cleaning.
Very professional, cleaning finished in record time, the procedure didn't stretch carpet out of shape as another carpet cleaner had done. That previous work by a different company required someone to come out and re-stretch our carpet. The only negative to Zerorez was that the drying time took until the next morning before I dared move furniture back in. Still not much of a negative to the great job they did.

but I let them put the scotchgard on the carpet and it left it feeling sorta crunchy and hard...not sure if I would do that again.
