Your representative was prompt and efficient and friendly. I was concerned with too much water and the possibility of my carpets bubbling up, etc. It has happened before with other companies. No bubbling this time and the carpets were dry in a matter of hours. Stains were gone. I plan to have my downstairs carpets done before the holidays. And, an additional bonus was all of this was done very inexpensively. Loved it!
