Simple purchase - a little pricey for the product (24oz insulated water bottle) but the service was prompt, helpful and friendly. FYI, 9 is the best I give, reserving 10 for truly extraordinary products and/or services. :-)

I love my new bike! My old bike from MCC lasted about 15 years but it was time for an upgrade. They were happy to make some customizations to it in order to make sure it was a good fit before u brought it home.
