Your knowledgeable and courteous staff is what set you apart from other bike shops. Either on the sales floor or in the mechanics area they have always been patient and helpful. The store is clean and well laid out with plenty of inventory to browse (yay finally!). The only nick and why no 10 is the prices can be a bit higher than other stores. Still competitive though.
Products are numerous and the service was excellent!
An attractive and clean website with a wide range of brands and products. There are photos on all their offerings and management/ownership makes it a point to provide a personal touch, even on online transactions.

The customer service is excellent. The three employees my friend, Linda, and I spoke with during our two visits were friendly, helpful, informative, kind, positive, and efficient. They gave us the uplifting feeling that shopping there is like living in a wonderful world where people treat each other the way everyone wants to be treated.
Equally important, our bikes came back to us in much better shape than they were in when they were dropped off and we are very happy with the results.
