We purchased a balance bike for our son‘s first birthday. The staff was friendly and helpful when helping us choose the bike and look through the helmets and bells. We called to check on the shipping of the bike a few days before our son’s birthday and, when realizing the bike hadn’t shipped, the employee without hesitation or question promised to make phone calls and resolve the issue. My son’s birthday was coming up on Friday, I called to check the shipping on Tuesday and on Thursday I received a message that the bike was ready for pickup. With help from the sales rep, the Mystic Cycle Centre worked to get the bike in on time. We understood that this was out of their control and that we may not have the bike on Friday, but they wanted to be sure we were happy and my son had his bike. This was, by far, the best customer service we have ever received. We will buy all our family bikes at this shop until the end of time! Thank you for being so kind!

Both Garrett and Jacob were terrific. Garrett gave me guidance on the type of bike to buy and when I went to pick it up, Jacob checked over my bike and patiently showed me how to take care of it (oiling the chain, how to put on my lights, etc.). I never felt rushed and learned a lot. You've created a lovely environment to shop and learn about bikes. Thank you.
