Needed to replace a cable on my Trek. Walked in and they replaced on the spot. Was able to walk right out and get a ride in that evening. Earned and new customer. Great service. Friendly staff. Thank you again for helping out. Look forward to being a customer again soon.

The passion and knowledge of everyone we spoke with were awesome!! I shopped at two bike shops that are close to my house and felt they did not hear the type of riding I want to do and a few things on my wish list for a new bike. The guys at Cabarrus Cycling not only listened but explained the differences in the options they were showing me. needless to say, I purchased a bike that day.
