The initial pickup service was wonderful and the gentleman was extremely helpful and helped load and unload our suitcases right out of our vehicle. However, on return from our trip, the driver was not very helpful. He only got one bag unloaded. Also, it was during a very cold spell in MSP area (-15 degrees), and as soon as we unloaded he was gone. I was expecting him to maybe stay around for a minute to make sure our car started. Luckily it did, but it could have been a much different situation if not.

I tried the valet parking for the first time. It was a great experience and not much more cost than my normal, which is covered self park.

Easy, direct pick up and drop off by my car. Friendly and helpful staff on shuttles.

Very convenient and easy to get to and from airport.

The only issue I had was at the exit. One booth was closed but you couldn’t tell til you got up to the kiosk and it just wouldn’t work.
So i had to back up luckily there was nobody behind me

And when I went to the other one, I was able to make the transaction, but I was not able to print a receipt

Someone else pulled up to the other kiosk, and they also had to back up because it was not working. The screen said closed
