My most recent experience illustrates why the Parking Spot Haynes is my go to for Newark parking. On a normal trip smooth, timely, helpful, friendly is the standard. Yes there are always hiccups, but sometimes there is traffic or a shuttle is full there is always another. For my most recent stay I had a points reservation for personal, then a day later a business trip. The weather canceled all flights and pivoted to plan C skipping my return to Newark in order to get to my meeting on time. I spoke to Shawn on the phone, he said no problems, I’ll note the account you can just check out but I you wish check in with the office on the way out which I did. The associate in the office looked me up and showed me that we were all set and did an adjustment (deleting the unused reservation) and I was out in a flash. Super helpful as they said things happen and plans change, the system is designed to work with the issues that cause changes in travel schedules. Just another super experience!
