The lady at the gate was so helpful as I fumbled to get my QR code pulled up. I had it before and then lost it as I pulled up. I was by myself and don’t fly that often. She just was super sweet.
I'm a regular at the parking spot, parking there about 2 times a month. Drop off was super quick. I got on the bus and we left. On the return, it took an unusually long time to get picked up.
