The all-encompassing roof is much better at providing shade and protection from the elements than the smaller roofs that just cover the parking spots.
So, the gate at the opening to the Premium lot the bus uses is about a half mile long and as slow as Christmas to open. What can be done to either speed it up or allow the buses to drive through the right side (currently blocked by cones!) to allow passengers to get to their cars sooner? It's frustratingly slow. Thank you for the opportunity to share this.
It’s a great idea for shuttling to and from the airport. Also, the staff was very friendly, patient & accommodating especially since we had such a large group. Will definitely consider them in the future.

It was easy to check in. The attendant gave me a parking spot number. I did have trouble finding it for a while. I was able to get right on the bus after I park. The driver gave me my ticket on my parking spot, and I was able to give it to the driver on the way back. I was dropped off right at my car.
