Everything is extremely convenient. Upon arrival to the parking spot, shuttles are ready to pick you up. Once again, once you land the shuttle is ready to take you back to your car.

I like making reservations online, and if necessary, the canceling process is also easy. Friendly drivers to the airport and back, and they do not hesitate to assist when getting bags out .
The only complaint I have is that the driver who picked me up at self park did not clearly identify where I was parked on the ticket and when I returned after the trip we had to hunt for my car.
The driver who picked me up on my return was very helpful and we were able to locate my car.
