It was easy although I do miss the valet option. I love that we can use a QR code to charge our gratuity to the shuttle driver - easier to get reimbursed for my corporate travel expense.
We didn't have to wait long for the shuttle at all and it picked us up right at our car. Instructions were clear when we arrived to put our hazards on so they could see us. It was very busy at the time and we were lucky to be able to fit on the shuttles due to the number of people.

I like that the parking is fully covered so no risk of getting wet if it rains. Like that i can prepay & have a scan code, makes it so easy when leaving. Communication is always easy when directing where to park.
