This was our first time using this service. The ease of checking in and out using the app was great. The shuttle drivers and parking lot attendants were very friendly. The price for covered parking is very reasonable. I will continue to use this service.

Great location, friendly and very fast service. Only thing I would change is to be more clear about where to catch the shuttle at Newark when someone returns (I returned to A and it was a little unclear).

The service was great! the shuttle service was very reliable and we didn't wait at all. The drivers were so friendly and helpful. The way to tip your driver was easy and the app made everything seamless. I appreciated how easy everything was as to not add any more stress to our trip. I would definitely use this place again.
