The bus drivers really make the experience that much better! I feel cared for every time I park here. The attention to detail like grabbing our bags for us every time on and off the bus and the welcome backs we get also make us feel welcome every time as well! I can’t wait for the west lot to open more covered parking as well!

Very reliable Way to get to the airport and not be stressed before your trip

As always the parking was completely hassle free. No sooner I parked, a shuttle came by to pick me up with my baggage, within 5 minutes, and dropped me off very timely, confirming my airlines and terminal.
On return the shuttle bus was almost round the corner, and picked me up within 5 minutes. Dropped me off precisely at my car location and best of all most courteous driver, helped me with my luggage with a smile.
I would strongly suggest the Parking Spot at JFK at any time without hesitation. They are on 24/7.

I love the parking spot east! I find it very convenient, safe, and affordable parking. Shuttles are always available super early which is when we often fly.

I like that you very seldom have to wait. Everyone is friendly, the app is awesome . I like that you can see where the shuttle is and can request it. I also like the convenience of scanning when entering and exiting. Lastly, I love that you offer water as exiting...its the little things. Thank You!

Frequent shuttles, great price.

It's easy to make a reservation and know that I have a "spot" at the Parking Spot that I can count on, especially as the airport is undergoing renovations - it's just so nice to get on the bus and be taken to my airline! Your staff is excellent, helpful, and so nice to us as customers! I especially like Oscar as he demonstrates great customer service and is so friendly!
