Love that you’re so close to the Cleveland airport. Our driver Tanya was the best and most friendly driver we’ve ever had. She offered us information about the car wash, how to pay, and reminded us that we could get water on the way out.

It shows up faster than anything else. And the staff is always really nice. Except for the lady that was standing at the gate she yelled at us and that wasn’t nice. But all the drivers are really, really sweet and the men that walk around in the parking lot have always been really sweet. It’s just very user-friendly and every way, and I like the fact that I could tip with the barcode.

I was impressed from the start! A coworker recommended trying you for my recent trip out of MDW, and I love the fact that she and I both earn a free day for my booking. It was super easy to make the reservation and very reasonably priced. I especially appreciate the pickup and drop-off right at the car -- this is much appreciated. The fact that the shuttle showed up at our car within a minute of parking was very impressive. Your drivers are terrific and very helpful. What else can I say? You are clearly customer-focused, and I can't wait to use The Parking Spot again!
