Pick up and drop off right at your car
On time
Pricing and convenience
It was another great trip through the JFK location. In and out with a shuttle arriving in a reasonable amount of time after my delays. It would have been a 10 but the free car wash was closed.

Location
I always use The Parking Spot and recommend it to friends/family when flying out of CLE. It's reliable, cheaper (especially with discount codes), safe, and the employees are always so friendly! I love getting a bottle of water at the exit too!

Every thing except that once I made a reservation and canceled the trip a week before and I could not cancel the parking
Reduces air travel stress by letting me lock in a low rate before my trip and on travel days gets me and my luggage to the terminal easily and promptly. The drivers are always courteous and helpful, too. Wonderful service!
