When we arrived and upon exiting baggage claim, a transport bus was available and waiting.

The only issue was that the driver who transported us to the terminal, notated the wrong parking number which led to the driver who returned us to our vehicle to have to circle for a while until we could find our vehicle.

The service was great from selecting a time slot, parking the vehicle and getting the shuttle to the airport. When returning from our trip and being able to track the shuttle is great option. Also, easy access to parking lot. Will use this service again.

Great service!

We were late because of poor company setup on which gate to enter through. Workers or company should have out on emails and signs to say that if you are reserved under open air parking (roofless) and everyone was inline for usual entry at Main backed up gate because they had to go to the different entry gate from now on. This made us late and missed our flight. Almost ruined our trip. Cost us more $$$ with new flight and luggage’s cost. Very disappointing.
Once in drop off and pick was as usual.

I like how easy it was to reserve a parking spot for travel and how easy it was to access the lot and to get picked up by shuttle to airport. Upon return from my trip we were picked up quickly from airport and ushered back to car.

Shuttles are always running. I wouldn't use you if they weren't reliable.
