I love the service and I'm very grateful because it's a great help. Just make sure you request your ticket with the number of your parking space, as sometimes the driver forgets. If I hadn't taken a picture of the number, it would have been difficult to find my car. Otherwise, it was excellent.

I accidentally broke the wrong Parking Spot location. The team worked with me and assuaged my fears for my error, including giving credit for the price differences between the two locations. Thank you!

Convienence and competetive cost. The location is great and the shuttle buses and drivers are great. Never an issue. Have used the Buffalo location many times and will continue to do so.

I like that the shuttle was right behind me and got me to the terminal quickly.

And, the driver went above and beyond by cleaning the snow off my car when I returned!!

The driver was very helpful in cleaning off my car for me with his big rubber scrapper that he used. He even said he would help if I needed a jump, thankfully I didn't need help, but it was good to know if I needed help.

It’s the first time we have traveled by plane in a few years. We have used the Parking Spot previously. We were so happy that we used their services again. The service is wonderful. The shuttle picks you up at your vehicle, puts your luggage into the shuttle and takes you to the door at the airport. They take your luggage off the shuttle also. When you arrive back at the Pittsburgh airport, the shuttle was at the curb waiting for us. The drivers are so friendly. We will definitely use their outstanding service again!

Safe reliable fast pick up

I chose your facility over the covered facility across the street (where I usually park) because of a corporate discount that was offered. I was pleasantly surprised when we checked out to find that the charges were even less than I anticipated. Also, I cannot say enough good about the drivers. We arrived in the middle of the night in wind and rain. The driver was at our car immediately. She was very helpful in getting us loaded up and to the airport expediently. When we returned, the Cleveland wind chill was close to zero, if not below. It was absolutely frigid. The stop for the remote parking shuttles is not sheltered. The driver made sure every seat was taken before she left and called her colleague to ensure that they were on their way, as there was at least another full bus of people waiting in the biting cold. Once at the parking lot, she drove everyone individually to their cars, offered use of a snow brush if needed, and waited to ensure that the car started before she drove away. She was incredible. Please pass this on to the Cleveland Parking Spot manager to share with their team. We were so impressed at the exceptional service that we received.
