when I got back to Minneapolis my car was nearly completely covered with snow. My driver (Carol? Black Lady wearing what looked like a traditional African skirt/dress) got a shovel and
started shoveling me out. I helped shovel too, although I am 78 years old. Eventually I was able to back my car (SUV + 4WD) and I am grateful to the driver for her help and kindness. The lady in the office also gave me a stocking cap & gloves to wear. I've used Park n Fly numerous times and having nothing but good things to say about your drivers, attendants, staff!!!

I have used the Parking Spot in Newark and Philly for a long time. I am ALWAYS greeted by employees who are incredibly kind and helpful and often hilarious! I also feel confident my car is safe and secure.
We arrived recently in Newark at 1 am, and the shuttle driver was super upbeat and literally turned my frown upside down! I am sorry I didn’t get his name!

Much more affordable than parking at the airport and incredibly convenient. The shuttle service is reliable...I’ve never waited more than about 10 minutes when returning. My car is always ready to go when I arrive, and the customer service is excellent. Highly recommend.
