Service is excellent
We enjoyed the person who drove the shuttle to the airport as he was an older person as I am not sure of his name. We accidentally left our medicine bag on the shuttle after we got off at BWI airport and we called and Johnathan took our call and he was able to have the driver return back to the airport to give use our blue medication bag and we were still abke to catch our flight in time.

I have one complaint to tell you. I always purchase my parking and pay up front. Recently I had a situation where I needed to cancel my space. Surprise to me when I found out that because I pay up front, the money was NOT refundable. I had no idea. I feel that I should have been able to use that money another time, but I lost it.
That doesn't settle right with me.
