Ease of making the reservation, very easy to find the park n fly facility, valet parking was very efficient, pick up of the car upon return was very easy, the shuttle came quickly to take us to the terminal and also to take us back to the car upon return. I would highly recommend park n fly Miami.

Parking Spot South is so easy to book, so easy to find, and your shuttle drivers are fantastic! Both drivers on our last trip were so efficient and personable! When we pulled into the lot a shuttle was there instantly to take us to the airport. And when we returned from our trip I think we only waited a few minutes before a shuttle arrived to take us to the lot! Kudos to Parking Spot!

I just moved from CA 6 months ago. In CA outside of LAX, when you enter the parking lot there's no one to tell you where to park so you just park in an open spot. Also, once you park if you go to the uncovered it's on the roof with no elevator access so you have to walk down the stairs, and then you can either use the elevator or stairs. Also, you have to walk to the shuttle. When you return they just drop you off in the front and you have to walk to your car. In Texas, there was someone to greet me and tell me where to park. When I drove my car to park where I was told the shuttle was already waiting to pick me up. He wrote down my car location on a card which I put in my wallet. When I got off my plane to come home The Spot driver picked me up and asked for the card showing where I parked. He dropped me off at my parking spot. There's such better service in Texas I couldn't believe it and I called my mom and told her about it. Thank you!
