I had a great experience with The Parking Spot. Their pricing is very affordable, but the service honestly feels like VIP treatment. From the moment you arrive, they pick you up right at the spot where you park, and they even load your luggage for you. When you return from your trip, they pick you up directly from the airport and take you straight back to your car. There’s no walking around or searching for your vehicle, everything is handled for you.
What really stood out to me was their customer service. I accidentally left my lights on while I was gone for four days, so my battery was completely dead when I got back. They offered to give me a jump at no cost and said it’s just part of their service. That level of care is rare.
They even offer complimentary bottled water, which is a nice touch after traveling. Overall, the service is convenient, stress free, and truly top tier. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
