Pick up and drop off at car
The staff at The Spot BWI West is friendly, courteous and helpful. Parking is easy to access and shuttles are constantly rotating and at relatively short time periods. I even had a situation on my last trip. My middle child forgot his cellphone fully charged inside the suv. We learned while doing the line to drop off the checked bags about 80 minutes from departure. It was summer season so temperatures inside the car would get really high. I told my wife to go through security with the kids while I go back to the car in the shuttle. I explained the driver and he just had to wait for another shuttle to show up before he could leave. When we left the terminal I heard him talking to another shuttle driver to hold for me that I needed to get an item then quickly get back on the other shuttle to go back to the airport. That helped a lot, I was able to make it through security checkpoint and make it to my flight with my family. I really appreciate that.
Fast courteous drivers
We were pick up for our departure in a timely manner and taken to the airport or pick up we did have to wait a little bit longer than I would’ve expected, but the driver was phenomenal
