Really love the recent changes. My only feedback is better signage for leaving from the covered area to the exit ... or even better a lane EXCLUSIVELY for covered folks in the back.

Your drivers are the best. I particularly appreciate the assistance they give my wife when she arrives alone. In the winter months, some drivers wait until she starts her car before they drive away--just in case there is a problem. That is pure class. I like the safe parking lot--I never wonder if I will return to a car with no catalytic converter after a trip. Thank you Parking Spot.

Price and location

When I started my trip, i was impressed that the shuttle driver saw me pretty quickly and came to me.
When I arrived home, it was my first time using your shuttle service I don't didn't do it correctly. I thought I was suppposed to just go to the shuttle area (and didn't know where that was) and look for buss #2. I finally found the area and there was a bus sitting there so I rushed to get on it.

I didn't remember that I was supposed to scan my ticket and then that would put me in line for the shuttle. However, there was room on the shuttle and I gave the attendant my ticket. I then opened the app and saw that I was supposed to scan my ticket. When he dropped me off, I asked the driver if I could scan the ticket because the app wanted that, and he said that ticket was his and he had to keep it. I wasn't trying to take it, I just thought I needed to scan it to get that off the app screen.

Also, when he dropped me off I had no idea where I was. My car was nowhere in sight. I looked all over and remembered that I had parked pretty much near an entrance so started looking for which entrance it was. I finally found my car dragging my luggage. This was not acceptable, The driver then saw me and I told him he didn't drop me off at the right place. He said to get back on the bus. About that time I thought I saw where my car was and said I would go there myself. I will take some responsibility for Part of this because I didn't scan my ticket for a pickup, however, after he had my ticket why did he drop me off at a wrong place where I had no idea where my car was?

The pickup and drop-off attendants were super helpful, we really appreciated them!

There's always a 'spot' for me, there. :-)
The bottle of water on exit is also refreshing after the flight and baggage pickup.

Convenient and worth every penny.

The elevators need maintenance done on them. At time they are a little scary with the noises they make and sometimes when you get on them, they bounce.

I never have to worry about my car while traveling since it is safety left in your lot, and the shuttle drivers are always very nice and good drivers. It's also nice to have a simple "leave" experience once I'm back in my car. Way less hectic than navigating the traffic at the airport itself!

I like this lot. The busses need to run more frequent, but the garage and location are very good.

There always a parking spot available. There has been a couple of times where Spot 2 lot was closed with a sign to move to Spot 1. It can be frustrating when you show up, it would be helpful if you’re able to advise the customer via e-mail or text prior to their reservation. Also change their reservation, so we can scan in/out with the rate booked without employee assistance of manually entering it. Otherwise the service has always been good and efficient. Thanks for having multiple shuttle running at once. I recently left a bag in my car after arriving to the airport and the shuttles were able to get me back/forth quickly.

Great service from start to finish. Driver's do need to display their QR code if they would like a tip. I would like to give a tip but seldom carry cash.

Easy to get to, picked up at car and returned to car and I do not have to wait very long at the airport for transportation.

The driver on my pickup from the airport was great! I was a little confused as to which bus to get on, and he stopped and put my bags on the bus. I was so grateful that he did. Once we got to my car, he put my very heavy suitcase in my car. I was so thankful for his service.
