The shuttles come frequently for pick up; and they are always helpful with getting the luggage on and off the shuttle. My experience is the drivers are always professional yet friendly; this makes the stressful time of traveling more pleasant. Actually a friend was going to the airport today and asked where I parked and I told her my positive experiences.

We had an unpleasant experience on a previous trip using The Spot Parking service. However, I decided to try it one more time and it was GREAT! Our driver was very nice and caring. He was training another driver at the time and they both went over and beyond to make our ride a good one. I want to add that I didn't have to wait at all for my connection back to our car from the airport. No waiting! Amazing.

Very timely drop off, return was a tad slower, but it was busy time to fly in.. Drivers are super nice and happy. I have not parked here since it was Park n Fly.... I noticed the nice upgrades to the property, One driver stayed on with you...
