I had two experiences, a pedicure and a haircut The pedicure was above and beyond and the hair cut was perfect. It is very difficult to cut my hair and Rue succeeded.
The only snafu was a mix up in the appointment time for the haircut. The manager successfully changed things around where I did not have to leave and come back.

Everything! The staff was courteous and pleasant, despite my very early arrival and the Staff meeting that had just ended. My experience with Kat was by far the best of my life, and I'm 64. We talked about my limitations, she got familiar with my needs and my hair and developed a cut that works. I LOVE my cut; it's sassy, cool and easy to style. Or not! Nothing but oohs and ahs from all who see it, even my many fanatic long haired friends. Great, great experience!
