Rue is amazing! I have been coming to the Cottonwood store for years, and she is my main reason (plus your products!). Mr. Pardo is there sometimes, and I think it is great that the owner "mingles" with employees and patrons, Love the way I look when I leave.

What did you like most about your salon experience?

Everything from entrance to exit but of course my favorite is Miss Rachel!

Staff is always welcoming, polite, personable and helpful.

Rachel is always awesome to hang out with for two hours.
