Sasha is a great colorist and stylist - between the consultation and appointment, she clearly put a lot of thought into what she would so based on pictures I provided, and she came up with a formula and style that I love. The reception desk staff was great too - really friendly and helpful when I purchased products. Outstanding experience all around!
