I enjoy how personable Amanda my hairdresser and I believe her name is Cindy (at the front but I’m sure does many things at Mark Pardo) is. Other hairdressers are sweet too, it’s refreshing to see them happy for each other's wins. I am grateful to feel comfortable enough to say when I am not happy with any mishaps that go on with my hair because this salon is accommodating and understanding when you aren’t 100% satisfied. I feel like they actually want to improve anywhere they can to be the best.
