Desiree was the 1st Pardos beautician in several years to listen to what I wanted my hair to look like, and then style it for me, with FLAIR too. I made another appt. with her.
When a client asks for hair that skims the shoulder, that is what she wants ! I don't want short, short hair with my neck shaved !!! I was furious after my last 3 appointments but didn't want to create a scene in the store. Please understand that it's absolutely unacceptable to ignore what the client says that she wants.
After coming to Pardos for about 30 years, I was ready to switch to another salon.
Nicole is excellent! Her service is professional, efficient, thorough, and pleasant!

I prefer the classy cloth towels in the bathroom. Now the paper towels get tossed onto the floor when the waste can overflows. The paper also seems to be used up quicker.
With the close quarters of this salon the cloth towels made the visit seem like a treat.
Janelle is the best. I also appreciate receiving a senior discount as it really helps.

The staff are professional and friendly. Nicole is expert at giving a therapeutic, relaxing pedicure. Amy is the best if you need any type of waxing. Mark Pardo is a great place to get your self-care needs met!

Relaxing
Brittany was very sweet and did a wonderful job on my hair especially after 10 months of no cuts or color. Really happy with the results! I do wish they had offered the new colorsplash colors from Aveda, hopefully soon they will get the new advanced products. The colorsplash product is a richer color with dimensions and lasted a lot longer.

When I arrived at the salon I had been crying. I mentioned this to the girl who did my complimentary facial. After my facial I noticed my energy had shifted. I felt better, lighter.
Sasha was the cherry on top. She really took her time to listen to me about my concerns with my hair. And she gives a killer head/neck massage.
