Elizabeth is awesome,super talented nail art ,great pedicures and manicures she is super meticulous to detail! I also see Rue for haircuts and highlights,she is great and always gets lots of compliments asking who does my hair and nails! Please appreciate these great artists such a asset to Mark Pardo!

Annette is an amazing hair stylist. I love her work. She makes you feel comfortable and listen to your wishes. She takes the time to xplain the technique she would use to cut your hands the way you wanted. Again, I love her work!

The folks at the Winrock location always pamper its customers. Whether offering tea or hand massages while we wait is always a great perk! Staff members are very professional and they go the extra mile!

My stylist was great. She really took time to talk to me and find out what I preferred for my haircut. She was friendly and kind. She also gave me a great shoulder and scalp massage. Really enjoyed the whole experience.

Very friendly experience with all staff, from the check in to the check out! Love my stylist Christelle, she really know my hair texture and always gives me a scalp massage with moisturizing oil. I feel relaxed and pampered when I leave.

I was pleasantly surprised to get a haircut with short notice. I know this is a busy location and usually any services are booked up weeks in advance. The stylist gave me a great haircut it just what I wanted. The shop was very clean and and the staff at the front desk were very professional and efficient when making my next appointment.

As always My experience was great! The facial was fantastic and If I wasn’t so broke I would have bought more products because they were wonderful. The woman who did it was super informative and took her time. The haircut is everything I wanted and Kat was SO good to me! She knew I had been unhappy with a terrible cut from another salon and cared enough to ask Rachael for advice. They were on the same page and hooked me up! I feel beautiful and am so grateful. The tea was 👍🏻
