Greeted upon entering, someone asked if I had been helped when seated and waiting for a few minutes. Amanda who did my consultation was great, took the time to understand what I wanted and gave me her professional thoughts about what the options were.

Desiree was the 1st Pardos beautician in several years to listen to what I wanted my hair to look like, and then style it for me, with FLAIR too. I made another appt. with her.

When a client asks for hair that skims the shoulder, that is what she wants ! I don't want short, short hair with my neck shaved !!! I was furious after my last 3 appointments but didn't want to create a scene in the store. Please understand that it's absolutely unacceptable to ignore what the client says that she wants.

After coming to Pardos for about 30 years, I was ready to switch to another salon.

I prefer the classy cloth towels in the bathroom. Now the paper towels get tossed onto the floor when the waste can overflows. The paper also seems to be used up quicker.

With the close quarters of this salon the cloth towels made the visit seem like a treat.
