The salon is always clean and customer service is impeccable. I've had several hairstylists through the years, but no complaints with anyone of them. My current hairstylist, Jenna, listens to me on what I want (or don't want) for my hair and also gives sound advice as needed. Extra perks like complimentary tea or water and shoulder massage are worth mentioning.

Friday I came to Mark Pardo for a haircut with Desiree. When I got there it appeared to me that I was experiencing a stroke. I mentioned this to Desiree and she wanted to take me to urgent care immediately. I wasn't concerned much and insited on getting a haircut. She agreed to a very quick haircut to get me to urgent care as quickly as possible. I now realized that she was both kind and correct. I had a ministroke that lasted much longer than typical. Fortunately the medical team was excellent and I spent a couple days in the hospital getting treated & tested and no damage was detected. Desiree has always been a great hair cutter (whatever the title is) and a joy to talk to. My wife and I love Desiree. Give her our best.
