I belong to the Y because it overs a workout area that gives me the ability to get my training in and allows me to diversify my workouts on a daily basis! Great place!

It is all things of my own choice & own pace. Then if I don’t like that, I have the ability to choose more structured classes. Plus, everyone is so friendly.

I love the yoga classes! I also use the indoor track in inclement weather. Finally, i use the resistance machines and am glad they are available for weight training.

Love the Silver Sneakers classes. Wish we had a pool.
Besides not having water classes, there is no place for children to have swimming lessons
