plenty of space and good machine/free weights and benches..sauna is great! ...good hours 5-30am on weekdays ..downside could use earlier hours on the weekends..7 am is late for a Saturday and even a Sunday workout!
I like the comfortable environment of this gym, the professional and dedicated fitness instructors, and it's also a pleasure to see friends there frequently.
I only have 1 complaint. It seems like the music in the gym is excessively loud lately. I wear headphones to the gym and even with the noise cancelling type, I can hear the music sometimes. Considering that most people seem to wear headphones, I am not sure if the music has to be so loud.
Outside of that the staff is amazing, there's a wide variety of equipment that is clean and in well working order and great options for drinks, shakes and snacks.

The staff are very knowledgable and the Jim has lots of machines. And the manager dean and billy are doing a great job Keeping the place. Running. Without them things would be different. They should get a raise for Xmas

My husband and I signed up for the gym couple weeks ago , right after that we got our first assignment with Tylor , he was so professional and clear about the personal trainer that we were interested. And we actually signed up right of way. My husband is is training with him and I am with Julie’s ! She’s so amazing and I love working out with her ! She is a great coach same as Taylor. 10 of 10 to the gym and the staff !! Gym is clean , great environment and awesome workers there.

Everything is so good that I like to go to this gym almost everyday.
Equipment is varied and well maintained. Gym is always clean and tidy. Staff is approachable and polite.

It has a complete set of equipment for strength training, all clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful and members are polite and congenial. So all in all it's a fine, well-run gym.
Like it a lot very accommodating workers are nice do their job gym is kept clean in the lockers and on the gym floor no weights scattered very nice gym
Facility is well lit and spacious. Equipment is top notch. Classes need some work. Teachers should 'teach' class and not use it is as his/her work out.

This is the best gym I have ever been to. The staff is so friendly. Kevin, Avi, Brian, Tyler, David at the front desk are always friendly and always have a smile. They are willing to help with any question I have had. And Johnny the manager is also great and very approachable. Overall the gym is clean with plenty of equipment.
