This gym is clean, there are always sanitizing wipes and paper towels and the women's bathroom and locker room are kept very neat. The equipment is good quality and rarely broken. I also love the location and view. It would be nice to have plastic bags again in the women's locker room to store clothing in.

I’ve been training at Fitness Factory in Yonkers for about a month, and I’m really happy with it. The facility is clean and well organized, and the staff is friendly and always helpful.
I work with a personal trainer, Jerry, on HIIT and boxing for conditioning. He’s a great motivator and a patient teacher. I have lower back problems, and he’s careful to plan workouts that don’t make them worse and that actually help strengthen the area. That’s made a real difference for me.
I genuinely look forward to my sessions every week. Of the gyms I’ve tried in lower Westchester, this is by far the best one I’ve found. If you’re looking for a gym, I highly recommend checking it out!

The Fitness Factory is a great, well equipped, congenial local gym that accommodates heavy power lifters as well as casual daily cardio exercisers.
