The individual suites and privacy it allows
From walking into the studio to the end of the sauna session, everything was personalized for you. I really enjoyed Sweathouz in comparison with other infrared studios in the area due to the variety of offerings they have. You have a private suite with a sauna and Vitamin C Shower, a cold plunge area, a hydromassage/massage gun/compression therapy area, and different scents of cold towels to choose from. You can adjust the temperature, set your music, and have rooms to move around in the private suite.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They are always enthusiastic about sharing the education behind the use of the sauna and cold plunges. The facility is also clean and inviting. They have continuously met my comfort level.
Amazing
Everything was wonderful. I was ready to sign up for Unlimited, but I may be taking a job on the West Coast at the end of the month. If you had a month-to-month agreement rather than a two month minimum I would've signed up a immediately. Difficult to understand why you wouldn't allow Membership. You're just getting started and it is money in the bank.

Love the all in one room vibe! The Vitamin C shower water is unique. Clean and clear set up. The only thing that would be nice is a timer you can see when you're in the cold plunge!
The suites are cozy and staff is very welcoming. The experience alone was amazing.

The private suite aspect is top tier! It's all your own space! You can watch TV or enjoy your favorite music! Great way to recharge and reset!

I love having both the sauna and cold plunge in the same room! Though I wish locations that haven’t been built yet would incorporate the following:
- a drop in infrared sauna with capacity for 8 people (no appointment need for members, paid by the hour for non members)…shower logistics could be difficult
- slightly bigger saunas: stretching out at 6’1” is hard beyond cat-cow at times
- light fixture above the dark sauna should be higher (I nearly hit my head on it)
- the buttons for the body wash were difficult to do a precise/small amount of soap as compared to west midtown
Things I particularly loved were
- how well sound proofed the sauna is
- how hot the sauna was
- how nice and clean the room was
Overall I really liked it I just hope that on a recurring basis that the grey plunges stay colder (40-47F) for the times where customers just want to plunge as opposed to running the temperature circuit

Loved the private rooms for both sauna and cold plunge. Staff were really nice and incredibly helpful. Can’t wait for the chestnut hill location to open!

Great experience overall. Great instructions - clean facility - plenty of towels - and allowed us to unplug - relax - and left refreshed. Great job all around!
