So relaxing, the environment is incredible, amazing staff— so kind and helpful, they listened to me and made recommendations to fit my needs. The service itself helped with my arthritis and inflammation.
We got a gift of Sweathouz from our son for our Anniversary. We had a great experience. It was our first infrared sauna, first vitamin c shower, and first cold plunge. The people we encountered and lead us were very enthusiastic and helpful with their suggestions. The way to approach all three activities. My husband and I are still feeling the great effects today and we were in 3 days ago. Amazing. I do wish the hairdryer area was bigger. but it worked. Thank you Sweathouz! what a treat!
