Helpful and enthusiastic staff. Clean and inviting rooms. The location had exactly what I was looking for; a hot sauna, very cold plunge and a refreshing shower. If I lived closer I would have bought a membership, I bought a pack instead. I will be coming back soon!

It did not feel like it was just contact therpay… it was very spa like. I loved it.
Prompt professional clean. PLEASE speak to staff about loud voices in hallways and for them to advise clients to use low voices in halls. This is my only complaint as some clients and staff are extremely loud in hallway.

Top notch! Everyone is so nice and attentive. They even know my compress and color choice ahead of time and always have my suite ready for me :)
The staff is very accommodating and easy going and for a busy on the go schedule it has made it really nice. I’ve been able to attend more sessions due to flexibility in booking and even cancelling. The little touches like deodorant and pony tails are really nice.
For feedback that I think would help the business be even better, we would love more bench/seating space or floating shelf space for setting our stuff down on or sitting on. Sometimes our dry clothes and drinks take up the seating area but sometimes you just want to sit and cool off, not in the cold tub but then you have no where for all your stuff to go. A little fan would also be really nice as it’s kind of hot when you get out of the shower. It’d also dampen the sound and help dry things out. But in general we love it. Love the serenity and low lighting too and privacy too and really enjoy it.
