Everything it was amazing
Sebastian and his colleague were super friendly and kind to take the time to explain each service and the health benefits. The private sauna was very relaxing and clean. The complimentary towels and cool towel with essential oil was a nice touch. I really enjoyed the challenge of the cold plunge and felt energized afterwards!
The staff was super friendly and did a great job of explaining the best way to maximize the benefits of the sauna and cold plunge. I was also very impressed and pleased with how clean everything was.
The only minor complaint I could come up with is that the towels could be a bit bigger and softer, but they worked just fine.
I’m not sure how you would go about doing this, but coming up with a service of some sort to match people up with a “sauna buddy” would be fantastic. As a single person who doesn’t have any friends who would be interested in doing this together, it would be awesome to have a way to find someone to go with. Having someone to chat with would be a nice way to pass the time in the sauna. If SweatHouz needed a software developer to help with this, I’m currently looking for work 😀.
After my initial session last night and putting some thought into how often I think I’ll be returning for more sessions, I signed up for the 4 per month membership and scheduled a few appointments, so I’ll obviously be back.

The space is so lovely and curated to maximize the experience, and the staff was so friendly. I had a great plunge and sauna sesh!
I use saunas often, but I love how you can tailor your experience at sweathouz with a specific color lighting and scented towel. I also love being to watch tv.

Very friendly manager, Kat! Very clean spa. Every single moment of the sauna and cold plunge were organized down to the tiny details - scented towels, timer on the wall, tv and bluetooth in the sauna, electrolyte drinks, etc. So stoked to join!

Cleanliness, professional, yet friendly
This experience was absolutely amazing! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The science behind all of this is incredible and I felt like this is something I could use everyday. The body aches I felt going in were completely gone when I left. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

Maybe I missed it but a hook or place to hang clothes would be nice difficult with a sliding door
My plunge pool had some under determined sentiment so only dunked without sitting and just standing crouch.

Ari was fabulous showing me around the spa before service. Love the scented cold cloths they work great with sauna. PLUNGE yes it's difficult but so worth it. I have RA and what a relief.
Loved Everything! Kristin at the front desk was exceptional with explaining everything helping us with the location and overall friendly I will definitely be making future appointments. The session left my skin glowing and my joints pain free

I thought the facility had really nice decor and was clean. I thought the rep did a good job of explaining everything to us. I thought it was a nice touch to offer deodorant, scrunchies and a blow dryer.
I wish that lotion was offered in room and that thr restroom was operational,
