This was my first trip. Overall great experience. Relaxing in the Sauna and challenging cold plunge... With good advice from the trainer, I exceeded 2 minutes on my second attempt thanks to proper breathing techniques. I look forward to going back this week.

The sauna was refreshing, clean, there was good lighting. It was relaxing. Loved how we were able to change the lighting, sound, video to our liking. Great amount of time to be in the room and experience all the things. Loved how friendly the staff were and how the room had a plaque on how it benefited your body

Amazing ambiance and extremely clean facilities.
I’ve the cleanliness, the quietness, the individual personal space and how long you get in each room - an hour in the sauna and 15 min in the ice bath. I’ve brought a friend and recommended a few. I look forward to visiting again soon.
