I like everything about your services!!! Northwest Exterminators came to my rescue about a year ago on a weekend. The story is almost too bizarre to believe, and too long to type. Because of their employees, from the first person that answered my call, until the last ones that came to my house three times in three days I chose to change all of my exterminating needs to them. One of the best decisions I have ever made. Their customer service is above and beyond and their field people are impeccable!!

From the moment I called and spoke to the nice and helpful woman (I don't remember her name), I felt like I was with the right company. I requested same day service due to a current bug problem and she was able to call the technician and organize the service while I was on the phone with her. I gladly signed up and awaited the technician. Chris showed up to do the service and was AWESOME. He did everything expected and then some. He informed me if there is any need for in between service for any resurgence of pests, he would get right on it and explained how to contact him. I don't write a lot of reviews but I will take the time when I feel someone either deserves or really doesn't deserve it. The employees have exceeded my expectations thus far and I feel they deserve the positive praise.
