Bryan has been my technician for months now and he is fantastic! He is very knowledgeable about any and every bug and critter that makes it way inside and outside of my home. The property that I have serviced is a STR so I am appreciative of Bryan's ability to adapt as needed and to make sure if there is a complaint from guest, that he addresses it! He also takes the time to educate me on WHY certain bugs do what they do so that I can do preventive measures on my own when I am in town. I am a busy business owner and Bryan ensures that the pest control is one less thing I have to worry about.

I love how accommodating and nice my techs have always been. Colton Parker always texts before he gets here because I have a big dog, who needs to be inside. He actually knocks down webs which I appreciate as well. I’m older, poor health and very wary about who I want in and/or around my house. I’ve been with NW for about 30 years now and I’ve never been give a reason to look elsewhere.

We have been customers for going on 8 years and use several services regularly: Termite and Mole treatments. We have been pleased with all services provided and with the professionalism of the technicians.
I like that you keep my home free of bugs without having to get me to provide access to my home. It’s done outside so it’s very convenient. If a bug somehow gets in when I do gardening they don’t survive. The processes don’t affect me or interrupt my day. Even when I go outside to do yardwork or gardening there’s nothing in my way.
