NW was referred to us by a friend and neighbor. When I contacted NW Exterminating by phone to inquire about services my call was promptly answered. The representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. She set up our first service call appointment as soon as possible. The service tech, Rich Giles notified me when he was on the way to our home and arrived promptly. He was very professional and efficient! Rich and his associate spent quality time in and outside of our home to ensure that all of our needs and expectations were meet. We are paying 30% more for our pest control services now that we have switched over to NW. We are hoping that no evidence of pests in our home will be worth the increase. So far we are very satisfied.
