I think the rep was Jeremy but I can't recall. He has been out before and is the one who I credit for finally helping to fix the real issue after so many efforts to reduce the number of occurrences. I don't get much activity in the summer but would prefer to have the outside checked when it gets cooler and save that part of my service until then.
We are totally pleased about the the office keeping the lines of communication open, meaning they are very good at reminding the home owners of their time to be serviced, clearing up misunderstandings, if we’re not satisfied they will make it RIGHT! We especially appreciate the service rendered here at our home by the service technician named: Trey Green, he’s always professional, friendly and polite.

You are dependable. My outside space has very few bugs; if any. My property is respected. Inside the house we ave not seen any termites or bugs.
Consistent. Any request to correct an issue is handled fast. The Staff is responsive by phone, and when on the job. We have had great service for many years. When living around the wooded areas of North Georgia, it's a priority to reduce / neutralize bugs, mosquitoes, carpenter ants, termites, etc. NW Exterminating does it well.
