Northwest employs the best staff! The office personnel is always quick to answer calls and so friendly while helping me. Every exterminator employee over the years is always friendly, very knowledgeable and answers all my questions. Always very professional and makes sure I am happy before they leave.

The service representative, Ryan Baker, having reached out prior to arrival, showed up on time, clean, professional and with a good attitude. We could tell he was knowledgeable and enjoyed what he was doing. He was very thorough and took the time to provide helpful information that we may better understand what we were dealing with. We really appreciate the attention to detail we witnessed during the treatment process. As a result, we believe we got the best results. Thank you
